The deal requires Live Nation, which owns Ticketmaster, to pay roughly $200 million in damages to participating states. The centerpiece of the agreement is expected to be structural changes to Live Nation’s ticketing business. Under the settlement, Ticketmaster will be required to open parts of its platform to rival ticketing companies, allowing third-party sellers such as SeatGeek or Eventbrite to list tickets directly through Ticketmaster’s technology. Il répondait présent à une édition confinée du ARTE Concert Festival (COVID oblige), nous offrant alors l’un des plus beaux concerts de l’histoire du festival. C’est à nouveau sans public – mais cette fois-ci de manière délibérée – que nous retrouvons le chaman pop pour un nouveau chapitre de notre histoire commune. Le rendez-vous a ici été pris dans le Théâtre deMirecourt(Vosges), abandonné depuis plus de 70 ans. Dans ce lieu laissé en suspens, Sébastien Tellier nous initie à des compositions issues de l’albumKiss the Beast. L’écoute de cet opus publié début 2026 donne l’impression de traverser des états plus que des morceaux: des zones de clair et d’obscur, de chaos contenu, de beauté parfois sombre mais toujours sincère. Le théâtre où a été filmé cette session est exactement dans cet état-là : debout mais marqué, majestueux mais vulnérable.
